The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Anibal Arotza kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 6thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Forever FC's keeper Roque Todor was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Daniel Ongile managed to get in a good position for a shot. Boca juniors's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Ongile was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roque Todor breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Anibal Arotza came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Boca juniors fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anibal Arotza couldn't finish the play. Maximiliano Ferrer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudio Luke, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Severo Charro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximiliano Ferrer having to interfere. Anibal Arotza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Severo Charro hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Ongile in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roque Todor saved Forever FC from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Boca juniors's Joel Isadore got a free kick in the 28th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anibal Arotza got free with Roque Todor in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Daniel Ongile received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Roque Todor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 37 minutes into the match, Forever FC's goalkeeper Roque Todor had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anibal Arotza. Bonifacio Ederono fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximiliano Ferrer having to interfere. In the 43rd minute Claudio Luke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximiliano Ferrer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Boca juniors players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Forever FC were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Ongile stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Boca juniors booed when Forever FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bonifacio Ederono didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 58th minute Daniel Ongile shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roque Todor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Ongile struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Roque Todor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Boca juniors. After a defensive mix-up in Forever FC's zone, Anibal Arotza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roque Todor came out of the goal and Anibal Arotza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Ongile in the 65th minute of play forced Forever FC's goalkeeper Roque Todor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daniel Ongile received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Roque Todor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Anibal Arotza in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roque Todor saved Forever FC from getting behind. Forever FC's Roque Todor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Ongile in the 70th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Forever FC's zone, Anibal Arotza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roque Todor came out of the goal and Anibal Arotza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Claudio Luke who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 80thth minute tested the skills of Maximiliano Ferrer when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Jairo Isauro kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Forever FC's Severo Charro got a free kick in the 87th minute. After having played for 88 minutes, Daniel Ongile managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Boca juniors's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Ongile was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Forever FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
