Italbate AFC's Dalmacio Playo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Italbate AFC from getting a goal against them. Higuain FC's Eriberto Txordon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florencio Cortez in the 7th minute of play. Dalmacio Playo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Koke Branca, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. After 11 minutes of play, Higuain FC's Dionisio Gustau made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dalmacio Playo was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 15th minute, Melquiades Soin reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dalmacio Playo. The goal made the score 2-0. In the 22nd match minute, Italbate AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simon Bingen to maneuver through the defense. Celso Brais kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Eriberto Txordon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florencio Cortez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dionisio Gustau who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 28thth minute tested the skills of Dalmacio Playo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With a little luck, Italbate AFC's Dalmacio Playo got control of the ball when Dionisio Gustau tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 38th minute, Koke Branca fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Dalmacio Playo, passed just outside the right post. When Higuain FC's Koke Branca in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Italbate AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Dionisio Gustau's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. Italbate AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Higuain FC the free kick. The supporters of Higuain FC booed when Italbate AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonardo Franco didn't get a good kick on the ball. 46 minutes into the game, Florencio Cortez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Eriberto Txordon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Koke Branca made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florencio Cortez in the 52nd minute of play forced Higuain FC's goalkeeper Eriberto Txordon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 60 played minutes Italbate AFC got a freekick which was hit by Cristobal Xabier. Higuain FC's Eriberto Txordon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florencio Cortez in the 64th minute of play. Higuain FC's Roger Haglund suffered a sore foot after 68 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Mauricio Manex fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Italbate AFC's protests and gave Mauricio Manex a yellow card for diving instead. Higuain FC's Diego Gipuzkoa was substituted for Roger Haglund. After a rather tough play, Italbate AFC's Mauricio Manex got a free kick in the 69th minute. After 72 minutes, Koke Branca made it 3-2 with a short kick to the right side. Italbate AFC's Dalmacio Playo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Florencio Cortez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eriberto Txordon having to interfere. Higuain FC's Celso Brais got his second yellow card of the match in the 78th minute. The referee ordered Celso Brais off the ground. A collision led to Higuain FC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Celso Brais hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cornelio Quin in the 81st minute of play forced Italbate AFC's goalkeeper Dalmacio Playo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Koke Branca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dionisio Gustau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dalmacio Playo having to interfere. In the 94thth minute of the game Dionisio Gustau who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Italbate AFC's Dalmacio Playo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Higuain FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
