Spectators: 6378 (Terracing: 5378, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Diego Sendoa started the match with the kick off. Humberto Tome fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Virgilio Cordarius having to interfere. Ariel Gartzea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Gerardo Caton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Ariel Gartzea came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Menga38 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ariel Gartzea couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diego Sendoa in the 22nd minute of play forced Menga38's goalkeeper Virgilio Cordarius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 25 minutes into the match, Brizancio's goalkeeper Gerardo Caton had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alejandro Feo. Timoteo Inge kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. When Alejandro Feo, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 27 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Gerardo Caton was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 28th minute of the match, Ariel Gartzea tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gerardo Caton saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 31st minute Diego Sendoa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Virgilio Cordarius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diego Sendoa in the 32nd minute of play forced Menga38's goalkeeper Virgilio Cordarius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alejandro Feo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gerardo Caton having to interfere. Alejandro Feo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alejandro Feo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ariel Gartzea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaspar Savion in the 46th minute of play forced Menga38's goalkeeper Virgilio Cordarius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Humberto Tome had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 57 minutes, Baldomiro Urbez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Menga38 and the Brizancio players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 57th match minute, Menga38 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baldomiro Urbez to maneuver through the defense. 59 minutes into the match, Menga38's goalkeeper Virgilio Cordarius had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Humberto Tome. Virgilio Cordarius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diego Sendoa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ariel Gartzea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Ariel Gartzea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 65 minutes into the match, Brizancio's goal looked a bit too open when Alejandro Feo came free, but Gerardo Caton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Menga38's Virgilio Cordarius got control of the ball when Humberto Tome tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 68 minutes, Jeremias Guib mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Menga38 and the Brizancio players grew even worse after the yellow card. 72 minutes into the game, Jorge Oxel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Brizancio's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Menga38 the free kick. When Menga38's Alejandro Feo in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Brizancio's goalie prevented a goal. Jorge Oxel was shown his second yellow card after 80 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Menga38 booed when Brizancio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Oxel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alejandro Feo struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Gerardo Caton didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Menga38. Gerardo Caton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ariel Gartzea in the 84th minute of play. In the 85th minute, Ariel Gartzea left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Menga38 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Gerardo Caton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alejandro Feo, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. There was no doubt that Menga38 were the better team. Menga38's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
