Godofredo Lertxun showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Matias Vito kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Aquilino Polo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Federico Musko in the 11th minute of the match. The supporters of TalleresDeAmericaCba booed when MithrandirFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Artemio Vidal didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Federico Musko came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the MithrandirFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Federico Musko couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in TalleresDeAmericaCba's zone, Federico Musko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aquilino Polo came out of the goal and Federico Musko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 27 minutes, Leo Gitano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MithrandirFC and the TalleresDeAmericaCba players grew even worse after the yellow card. Leo Gitano hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. 33 minutes into the match, TalleresDeAmericaCba's goal looked a bit too open when Inocencio Salvatore came free, but Aquilino Polo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Lorenzo Casomiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. TalleresDeAmericaCba's supporters rose to their feet, but Lorenzo Casomiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cosme Garci breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cosme Garci took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lorenzo Casomiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 47 minutes into the match, MithrandirFC's goal looked a bit too open when Lorenzo Casomiro came free, but Cosme Garci reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

An unexpected shot in the 53rd minute by Federico Musko got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Aristides Mannuel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cosme Garci having to interfere. Aquiles Derwin kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. TalleresDeAmericaCba's Aquilino Polo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Federico Musko in the 64th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as MithrandirFC's Federico Musko slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Aquilino Polo. That made the score 1-2 after 65 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Federico Musko in the 69th minute of play forced TalleresDeAmericaCba's goalkeeper Aquilino Polo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Lorenzo Casomiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. TalleresDeAmericaCba's supporters rose to their feet, but Lorenzo Casomiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cosme Garci breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lorenzo Casomiro in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cosme Garci prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cosme Garci showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lorenzo Casomiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. In the 79th minute Federico Musko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquilino Polo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aquilino Polo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Federico Musko in the 90th minute of the match. The MithrandirFC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing MithrandirFC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
