He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Francis FC reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Remigio Montrel in the 20th minute of play forced Estrella Federal's goalkeeper Guaberto Socorro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Ciro Francesco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Francis FC's Remigio Montrel was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 25th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal.
