In the 15th minute Marcos Pasqual shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teobaldo Domenec saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th minute, Hector Erroman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Teobaldo Domenec was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. The audience was convinced that Gabriel Lehoi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Melchor Marin was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

SOHCAHTOA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Halcones de Tegucigalpa the free kick. 63 minutes into the match, Halcones de Tegucigalpa's Claudio Lehoi broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 65 minutes into the match, Gabriel Lehoi notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of SOHCAHTOA's Melchor Marin. Melchor Marin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Enzo Perez kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Marcos Pasqual blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Teobaldo Domenec having to make a save. SOHCAHTOA's Hector Erroman got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 87 minutes into the game, SOHCAHTOA's Hector Erroman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot.
