Florentino Lalla stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Celso James's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. Cesar Endira charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cesar Endira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Reyes getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Cesar Endira hit a great ball. 10 minutes into the match, Maimará's Nestor Chinto broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Reyes's goalkeeper Leopoldo Raphael, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Maimará's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Celso James 14 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. After 20 minutes of play, Maimará's Constantino Vargas made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leopoldo Raphael was left in no man's land by his defense there! Constantino Vargas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nestor Chinto kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Maimará's Florentino Lalla proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Maimará from getting a goal against them. Alonzo Min received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Florentino Lalla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Florentino Lalla was out of position in the 37 minute of play, and Celso James capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Celso James really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. Alonzo Min received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Florentino Lalla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alonzo Min fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florentino Lalla having to interfere.

Bartolo Fortun struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Leopoldo Raphael didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Maimará. If Constantino Vargas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bartolo Fortun's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leopoldo Raphael read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. After 62 played minutes, Reyes's Adrian Juvenal shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Florentino Lalla came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Reyes reached it. Celso James recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Florentino Bingen during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Florentino Bingen kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Constantino Vargas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Leopoldo Raphael tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 81 minutes into the match, Maimará's Constantino Vargas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leopoldo Raphael narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Santo Bartoleme's late challenge caught a Reyes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Santo Bartoleme helped the player get up and apologised. In the 83rd match minute, Maimará was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santo Bartoleme to maneuver through the defense. Florentino Lalla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celso James in the 88th minute of play. If Bartolo Fortun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute.
