After a defensive mix-up in Paunero FC's zone, Celso James stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eustacio Chumo came out of the goal and Celso James tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 13 minutes into the match, Alonzo Min notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Paunero FC's Eustacio Chumo. Eustacio Chumo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 19th minute, Reyes's Celso James dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. In the 30th minute, Reyes's Celso James ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Eustacio Chumo. Eustacio Chumo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. Jonatan Chan's late challenge caught a Reyes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jonatan Chan helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Reyes booed when Paunero FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonatan Chan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 35th minute of the match Primitivo Rubio sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eustacio Chumo skillfully saved the ball. Guido Argenis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leopoldo Raphael having to interfere. Astor Urtungo might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leopoldo Raphael. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Astor Urtungo ran back to his position shaking his head. Leopoldo Raphael made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Desiderio Nardo in the 41st minute of play. Desiderio Nardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Desiderio Nardo struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Leopoldo Raphael didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Paunero FC. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Eustacio Chumo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alonzo Min, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. 57 minutes into the match, Paunero FC's Reynaldo Enaut sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leopoldo Raphael narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Eustacio Chumo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Celso James, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 64 played minutes, Reyes's Danilo Bertol shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Eustacio Chumo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Reyes reached it. In the 66th minute of the match Danilo Bertol shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eustacio Chumo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The supporters of Reyes booed when Paunero FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Desiderio Nardo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 82 minutes into the match, Paunero FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alonzo Min came free, but Eustacio Chumo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eustacio Chumo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alonzo Min in the 84th minute of the match. Paunero FC's Reynaldo Enaut got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Desiderio Nardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leopoldo Raphael having to interfere. When Desiderio Nardo came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Paunero FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Desiderio Nardo couldn't finish the play. Reynaldo Enaut received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Leopoldo Raphael tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Reynaldo Enaut sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Many of Paunero FC's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Paunero FC may have spent more time on the ball, but Reyes were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
