Spectators: 7182 (Terracing: 5451, Seating: 1671, VIP seats: 60) Ildefonso Tirso started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 6th minute, Bonifacio Romano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 7th minute of the match Paulo Nazario shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eulalio Valiente showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Pigüé's Vicente Luzaide got a free kick in the 8th minute. Cesar Gora was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 9th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 11 minutes into the match, Pigüé's goalkeeper Melquiades Corderro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isaac Patxi. In the 12th match minute, Calfucurá was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tobias Berart to maneuver through the defense. Pigüé were awarded a corner in the 15th minute after Calfucurá's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Paulo Nazario took the corner. Isaac Patxi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melquiades Corderro having to interfere. Isaac Patxi's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 21stth minute, Melquiades Corderro skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Ildefonso Tirso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Pigüé's zone, Isaac Patxi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Melquiades Corderro came out of the goal and Isaac Patxi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Filomeno Domeka scored 0-1 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eulalio Valiente, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Filomeno Domeka struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Eulalio Valiente didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pigüé. In the 38th match minute, Calfucurá was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isaac Patxi to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Pigüé booed when Calfucurá was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bonifacio Romano didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 41st minute of the match Paulo Nazario sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eulalio Valiente skillfully saved the ball. Ildefonso Tirso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Melquiades Corderro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Calfucurá's Ildefonso Tirso was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 49th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Filomeno Domeka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. The Pigüé fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Melquiades Corderro should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isaac Patxi in the 70th minute of play forced Pigüé's goalkeeper Melquiades Corderro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Melquiades Corderro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ildefonso Tirso, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Eulalio Valiente took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filomeno Domeka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 88 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Pigüé! Melquiades Corderro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ildefonso Tirso in the 94th minute of the match. When Ildefonso Tirso came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Calfucurá fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ildefonso Tirso couldn't finish the play. If Isaac Patxi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 100th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Tobias Berart had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 102nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Calfucurá fully deserved thier win.
