Evelio Hug helped the player get up and apologised. Ermegildo Cucao might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mateo Iratxo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ermegildo Cucao ran back to his position shaking his head. Pascual Nardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulises Fe in the 23rd minute of play. Pascual Nardo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeronimo Vincente, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Froilan Endira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some careless play in the Cañete defense, Arnaldo Ieltxu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mateo Iratxo. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ruperto Bazil got free with Pascual Nardo in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pascual Nardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeronimo Vincente in the 45th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jeronimo Vincente to make the kick off. Felix Guilabertus made in the 79th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Valle del Dragón F.C.'s Saul Menendo. After 83 played minutes Cañete got a freekick which was hit by Delmiro Presebal. Pascual Nardo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulises Fe in the 88th minute of the match. Valle del Dragón F.C.'s Pascual Nardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeronimo Vincente in the 89th minute of play.
