ClubAtléticoBocaJuniors's Primitivo Rosalio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laureano Pepillo in the 16th minute of play. In the 18th minute Laureano Pepillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Primitivo Rosalio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 20 minutes ClubAtléticoBocaJuniors's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Astor Luzea who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Medrano's Astor Luzea to fire away a dangerous shot which Primitivo Rosalio despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. ClubAtléticoBocaJuniors's Primitivo Rosalio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Jakobe in the 21st minute of play. Medrano's Danilo Estevez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Medrano from getting a goal against them. Francisco Jakobe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Primitivo Rosalio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Primitivo Rosalio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Jakobe, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Ulises Rito kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. In the 41stth minute of the game Francisco Jakobe who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ClubAtléticoBocaJuniors's Primitivo Rosalio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Guillermo Otsando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Francisco Jakobe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Francisco Jakobe stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Guillermo Otsando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Primitivo Rosalio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angel Frisco, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. When ClubAtléticoBocaJuniors's Eulalio Suarez in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After a defensive mix-up in ClubAtléticoBocaJuniors's zone, Francisco Jakobe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Primitivo Rosalio came out of the goal and Francisco Jakobe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Laureano Pepillo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Medrano's supporters rose to their feet, but Laureano Pepillo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Primitivo Rosalio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 87 minutes into the game, Francisco Jakobe recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Primitivo Rosalio. Francisco Jakobe showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Eulalio Suarez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. In the 94th match minute, ClubAtléticoBocaJuniors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emiliano Mark to maneuver through the defense. Astor Luzea, 95 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. When the match was over Medrano could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than ClubAtléticoBocaJuniors throughout the match.
