Desiderio Oroitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Desiderio Oroitz came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Medrano's Francisco Jakobe. But to his dismay, Francisco Jakobe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 41 minutes into the game, Francisco Jakobe cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Desiderio Oroitz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edelmiro Heriberto to strike the kick off in the second half. If Laureano Pepillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Laureano Pepillo had several of the Alejandroide's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 93 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-6 score and a disappointed Desiderio Oroitz as he didn't even see the shot coming. With his leg Desiderio Oroitz managed to avoid a goal in the 97thth minute, when Medrano's Laureano Pepillo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When the final whistle sounded Medrano left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Alejandroide.
