The Chasicó FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Domingo Ulizes should have stopped the shot. Feliciano Romero hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Segundo Dalmai in the 15th minute of play forced SAUCE F.C.'s goalkeeper Nicolas Diaz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nicolas Diaz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Segundo Dalmai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 21 minutes into the game, Gilberto Beliran was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nicolas Diaz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Patricio Sendoa made a kick off. Pastor Herena recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pastor Herena who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 58thth minute tested the skills of Nicolas Diaz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Segundo Dalmai struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Nicolas Diaz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chasicó FC. SAUCE F.C.'s Nicolas Diaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Segundo Dalmai in the 65th minute of play. Domingo Ulizes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patricio Sendoa, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. After a rather tough play, Chasicó FC's Romulo Lizer got a free kick in the 69th minute. Nicolas Diaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Segundo Dalmai in the 74th minute of play. Abel Silvino charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Segundo Dalmai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Segundo Dalmai blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nicolas Diaz having to make a save. Natalio Sabin kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. In the 93rdth minute of the game Patricio Sendoa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chasicó FC's Domingo Ulizes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. SAUCE F.C.'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
