Champagne Talita FC's Silvio Fagondo got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mateo Frascuelo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Carmen's zone, Mateo Frascuelo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Serafino Salamon came out of the goal and Mateo Frascuelo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Serafino Salamon stood somewhat misplaced when Mateo Frascuelo came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 18 minute. Genaro Izel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valentin Galoer in the 21st minute of the match. Genaro Izel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leopoldo Norino's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Champagne Talita FC's goalkeeper Genaro Izel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Silvio Fagondo came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Champagne Talita FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silvio Fagondo couldn't finish the play. Valentin Galoer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Genaro Izel having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Silvio Fagondo made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Champagne Talita FC's zone, Leopoldo Norino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Genaro Izel came out of the goal and Leopoldo Norino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alfonso Urtats hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Serafino Salamon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mateo Frascuelo, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. After 71 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Carmen! Damaso Abeitia shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Siro Maura hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. If Mateo Frascuelo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Genaro Izel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentin Galoer in the 81st minute of play. When Leopoldo Norino fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Carmen's protests and gave Leopoldo Norino a yellow card for diving instead. Carmen's Valentin Galoer got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Leopoldo Norino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Genaro Izel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Champagne Talita FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Carmen for a fine match.
