Laureano Acuña showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustavo Naelio in the 46th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Arnaldo Rafel made the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Maquito AFC got a freekick which was hit by Ruperto Iztal. Maquito AFC's Laureano Acuña played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustavo Naelio in the 52nd minute of play. Chicorita F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Gustavo Naelio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 95 minutes of play, Chicorita F.C.'s Gustavo Naelio made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Laureano Acuña was left in no man's land by his defense there! There was no doubt that Chicorita F.C. were the better team. Chicorita F.C.'s players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
