An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquin Shepherd in the 3rd minute of play forced GonzalexFC's goalkeeper Bruno Quinto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 3rd minute, Albano Txerran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bruno Quinto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joaquin Shepherd went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Pardo's zone, Cirilo Ladio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Martin Vitin came out of the goal and Cirilo Ladio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Martin Vitin made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Cirilo Ladio sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Pardo booed when GonzalexFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zeledon Rami didn't get a good kick on the ball. 19 minutes into the match, Pardo's Eduardo Nesor broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. When Pardo's Joaquin Shepherd in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye GonzalexFC's goalie prevented a goal. After 26 played minutes Pardo got a freekick which was hit by Angelo Gomesano. Cirilo Ladio struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Martin Vitin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GonzalexFC. When Faustino Illan, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 35 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Bruno Quinto was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Faustino Illan struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Bruno Quinto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pardo. After the first half Pardo were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Enrique Hodei made the kick off in the second half. Martin Vitin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enrique Hodei in the 55th minute of the match. Angelo Gomesano kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Faustino Illan in the 59th minute of play forced GonzalexFC's goalkeeper Bruno Quinto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 61st minute, Cirilo Ladio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 77 played minutes GonzalexFC got a freekick which was hit by Serafino Virila. 78 minutes into the match, GonzalexFC's goal looked a bit too open when Eduardo Nesor came free, but Bruno Quinto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 86 minutes, Bruno Quinto successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 87 minutes into the game, Melquiades Raphael was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. GonzalexFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pardo the free kick. A collision led to GonzalexFC getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Melquiades Raphael hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Pardo's Faustino Illan slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Bruno Quinto. That made the score 0-3 after 88 minutes of play. After a rather tough play, Pardo's Ladislao Edorta got a free kick in the 91st minute. Felipe Sabino missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 93 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Martin Vitin right hand side. The GonzalexFC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Pardo's performance. The match ended with a win for Pardo.
