After recieving a nice pass, Fogonero's Alonzo Cordarius tried to score from far away in the 20th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 21 minutes into the game, Aaron Marcones was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Supercelda's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fogonero the free kick. Aaron Marcones hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. After 27 minutes of play, Fogonero's Dionisio Sustrai made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leopoldo Cruz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Edgardo Aguilera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Salvador Cristos, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute.
