In the 31st minute, Lorenzo Peru got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mauricio Tiadoro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Constantino Firme, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. After 36 played minutes Huayatayoc got a freekick which was hit by Leonides Gaizkine. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Alejandro Astigar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Huayatayoc's supporters rose to their feet, but Alejandro Astigar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mauricio Tiadoro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Talleres's Mauricio Tiadoro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Constantino Firme in the 39th minute of play. In the 40th match minute, Talleres was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Primitivo Caradaro to maneuver through the defense. If Lorenzo Peru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot by Adrian Palben from long distance, 45 minutes into the match, got Orlando Duardo's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Lorenzo Peru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orlando Duardo having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Constantino Firme stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Constantino Firme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mauricio Tiadoro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eleuterio Chabier went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. 60 minutes into the match, Huayatayoc's goal looked a bit too open when Lorenzo Peru came free, but Orlando Duardo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eleuterio Chabier in the 61stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mauricio Tiadoro, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 63 minutes into the match, Huayatayoc's goal looked a bit too open when Lorenzo Peru came free, but Orlando Duardo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Lorenzo Peru left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Talleres fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. A hard shot 81 in the game by Eleuterio Chabier from a close distance when the talented Mauricio Tiadoro managed to make a qualified save. Talleres's players were relieved. Marcos Donostia kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Constantino Firme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mauricio Tiadoro having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bruno Muno in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Orlando Duardo saved Huayatayoc from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Modesto Daunte during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 93rd minute, Modesto Daunte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Huayatayoc had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
