Spectators: 6680 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1680, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Enzo Belasko started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute, Ulises Oidor made a precise shot to the right of Paulo Gelmiro. Vivoratá FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Paulo Gelmiro came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Resistencia's Enzo Belasko. But to his dismay, Enzo Belasko quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Enzo Belasko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 15 minutes, Ulises Oidor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Resistencia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ulises Oidor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 17th minute Enzo Belasko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo Gelmiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abel Beremundo in the 21st minute of play forced Resistencia's goalkeeper Anselmo Gagriel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paulo Gelmiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enzo Belasko in the 24th minute of play. Anselmo Gagriel was a little too slow when Abel Beremundo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 25th minute. The score was now 1-2. A collision led to Vivoratá FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Adolfo Locaio hit a great ball. 36 minutes into the match, Vivoratá FC's goal looked a bit too open when Enzo Belasko came free, but Paulo Gelmiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 38 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Enzo Belasko sped through Vivoratá FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Paulo Gelmiro. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulises Oidor in the 42nd minute of play forced Vivoratá FC's goalkeeper Paulo Gelmiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 43rd play minute Luciano Izotz came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Anselmo Gagriel. 2-3. The audience was convinced that Enzo Belasko's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Paulo Gelmiro was relentless in the 48th minute of the game. After the first half Resistencia were leading 2-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The crowd rose to their feet as Resistencia's Evelio Fanuco slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Paulo Gelmiro. That made the score 2-4 after 52 minutes of play. Paulo Gelmiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enzo Belasko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Enzo Belasko took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paulo Gelmiro. Paulo Gelmiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-5. Enzo Belasko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Paulo Gelmiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Vivoratá FC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Abel Beremundo hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Octavio Monico during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Vivoratá FC's Octavio Monico got a free kick in the 76th minute. Vivoratá FC's Paulo Gelmiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enzo Belasko in the 77th minute of play. 79 minutes into the match, Resistencia's goal looked a bit too open when Abel Beremundo came free, but Anselmo Gagriel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anselmo Gagriel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ermegildo Daunte in the 80th minute of the match. Enzo Belasko might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Paulo Gelmiro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Enzo Belasko ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Vivoratá FC booed when Resistencia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonas Errolan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 94th minute Marcial Nevada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anselmo Gagriel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Resistencia eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
