The TXI 1993 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Basilio Pirmin should have stopped the shot. In the 7th match minute, Odini Norte was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alberto Sugar to maneuver through the defense. Baldomero Roano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hilario Guillelmo in the 13th minute of the match. Freddy Bilbo might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Basilio Pirmin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Freddy Bilbo ran back to his position shaking his head. Baldomero Roano came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by TXI 1993's Hilario Guillelmo. But to his dismay, Hilario Guillelmo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 22nd minute Hilario Guillelmo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baldomero Roano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Hilario Guillelmo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 26 minutes into the game, TXI 1993's Roberto Goizeder nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Baldomero Roano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Baldomero Roano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hilario Guillelmo in the 30th minute of play. Sebastian Mergildo struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Baldomero Roano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TXI 1993. Odini Norte's Baldomero Roano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hilario Guillelmo in the 33rd minute of play. Hilario Guillelmo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Baldomero Roano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hilario Guillelmo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baldomero Roano having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hilario Guillelmo made a kick off. Hilario Guillelmo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Basilio Pirmin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Freddy Bilbo, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. After having played for 58 minutes, Alberto Sugar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Odini Norte's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alberto Sugar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Baldomero Roano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hilario Guillelmo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nicasio Ugutz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Baldomero Roano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. Alberto Sugar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind TXI 1993's goalkeeper Basilio Pirmin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Basilio Pirmin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Freddy Bilbo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Alberto Sugar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leon Qwinton in the 70th minute of play forced TXI 1993's goalkeeper Basilio Pirmin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Hilario Guillelmo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Baldomero Roano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hilario Guillelmo in the 74th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leon Qwinton in the 79th minute of play forced TXI 1993's goalkeeper Basilio Pirmin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hilario Guillelmo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Baldomero Roano made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nicasio Ugutz in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Baldomero Roano saved Odini Norte from getting behind. Hilario Guillelmo struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Baldomero Roano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TXI 1993. Baldomero Roano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicasio Ugutz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hilario Guillelmo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Freddy Bilbo in the 92nd minute of play forced TXI 1993's goalkeeper Basilio Pirmin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Denis Stanislao's late challenge caught a TXI 1993's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Denis Stanislao helped the player get up and apologised. Denis Stanislao kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. TXI 1993's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
