Millonarios FC's Francisco Pabla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cosme Birila in the 24th minute of play. Ignacio Castel's late challenge caught a sportivo R 23's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ignacio Castel helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Millonarios FC's Ignacio Castel got a free kick in the 27th minute. Francisco Pabla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andres Txaran in the 64th minute of the match. Godfredo Jacindo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Braulio Montez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vinicio Lluc sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Braulio Montez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Godfredo Jacindo, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Braulio Montez came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Millonarios FC's Ovidio Olayo. But to his dismay, Ovidio Olayo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. With a little luck, sportivo R 23's Braulio Montez got control of the ball when Ovidio Olayo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Vinicio Llucs short, quick shot in the 92ndth minute got Braulio Montez to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Godfredo Jacindo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Braulio Montez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 95 minutes into the match, sportivo R 23's goalkeeper Braulio Montez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ovidio Olayo.
