In the 6thth minute of the game Cornelio Bemabe who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Neild FC's Saverio Pedroso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Saverio Pedroso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cornelio Bemabe in the 9th minute of play. Club Atletico Talleres were furious when Rodolfo Itzaina was red carded, 11 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 11th minute of the game. One of Club Atletico Talleres:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Neild FC:s goal. When the match had been going on for 14 minutes, Neild FC's Jimeno Gerazan got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Rafael Mano. The supporters of Neild FC booed when Club Atletico Talleres was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eustacio Eleazar didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19thth minute of the game Cornelio Bemabe who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Neild FC's Saverio Pedroso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Isidoro Galindo might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Saverio Pedroso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Isidoro Galindo ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Neild FC's zone, Radomir Makomaski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Saverio Pedroso came out of the goal and Radomir Makomaski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Club Atletico Talleres booed when Neild FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabio Bertran didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alberto Bazkoare hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. 37 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Talleres's goalkeeper Rafael Mano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Roque Tomi. When Club Atletico Talleres's Cornelio Bemabe in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 44 played minutes Neild FC got a freekick which was hit by Felix Lopez. Saverio Pedroso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cornelio Bemabe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cleto Su to make the kick off. Club Atletico Talleres's Radomir Makomaski got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Club Atletico Talleres booed when Neild FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hipolito Ursino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maximo Caton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Saverio Pedroso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Neild FC's Saverio Pedroso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Neild FC from getting a goal against them. Saverio Pedroso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Bazkoare in the 64th minute of play. Cornelio Bemabe in the 66thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Saverio Pedroso, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Cornelio Bemabe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Club Atletico Talleres getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Maximo Caton hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cleto Su in the 74th minute of play forced Club Atletico Talleres's goalkeeper Rafael Mano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 77 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Talleres's goal looked a bit too open when Cleto Su came free, but Rafael Mano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cornelio Bemabe took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Saverio Pedroso. Saverio Pedroso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. When Cornelio Bemabe came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Club Atletico Talleres fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cornelio Bemabe couldn't finish the play. Club Atletico Talleres were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
