Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Humberto Harri started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Reynaldo Cresencio charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Reynaldo Cresencio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Boca Juniors getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Reynaldo Cresencio hit a great ball. Ismael Inocente could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Anibal Beila made a huge save. Ismael Inocente received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Anibal Beila tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Bella Vista getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Ismael Inocente hit a great ball. 29 minutes into the match, Boca Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Humberto Harri came free, but Anibal Beila reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 32 minutes, Humberto Harri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bella Vista's supporters crossed their fingers, but Humberto Harri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Humberto Harri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Anibal Beila tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ismael Inocente was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 38th minute. Bella Vista's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 40th minute, Nicolas Iztal had to leave the field with a concussion. After 40 minutes of play Boca Juniors's Reynaldo Cresencio was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 41st minute, Reynaldo Cresencio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Ismael Inocente had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpected shot in the 47th minute by Ismael Inocente got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. When Teodoro Tancredo came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Bella Vista fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teodoro Tancredo couldn't finish the play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gilberto Hurko to make the kick off. After some careless play in the Boca Juniors defense, Ismael Inocente kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anibal Beila. The Boca Juniors fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anibal Beila should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Boca Juniors's Tiburcio Sadurni got a free kick in the 56th minute. In the 59th minute Ismael Inocente shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anibal Beila saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Boca Juniors getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Tiburcio Sadurni hit a great ball. Anibal Beila made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ismael Inocente in the 65th minute of play. After having played for 73 minutes, Humberto Harri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bella Vista's supporters crossed their fingers, but Humberto Harri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Anibal Beila stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ismael Inocente's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. Teodoro Tancredo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 77th match minute, Boca Juniors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tiburcio Sadurni to maneuver through the defense. Angelo Porfirio hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. In the 84th minute, Ismael Inocente ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anibal Beila was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Anibal Beila showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ismael Inocente in the 91st minute of the match. Anibal Beila showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ismael Inocente, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. When the referee ended the match the Bella Vista players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
