Spectators: 6624 (Terracing: 5524, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 100) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Mauro Selatse kicked off to start the match. Anier Florian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alonzo Perrando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alvaro Cordarryl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zeledon Mede having to interfere. In the 8th match minute, Independiente FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Candido Tabb to maneuver through the defense. Damaso Lucero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zeledon Mede having to interfere. Anier Florian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alonzo Perrando, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Ceferino Matai charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ceferino Matai the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Independiente FC's Ceferino Matai got a free kick in the 21st minute. When Damaso Lucero came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Kyoge fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Damaso Lucero couldn't finish the play. Raul Argoitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Domingo Ferran recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Raul Argoitz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Zeledon Mede made a huge save. After 39 minutes Independiente FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Raul Argoitz who took care of the corner kick. 43 minutes into the match, Independiente FC's goalkeeper Zeledon Mede had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Raul Argoitz. If Damaso Lucero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

54 minutes into the game, Raul Argoitz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Zeledon Mede was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ceferino Matai struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Anier Florian didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Independiente FC. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Raul Argoitz in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zeledon Mede saved Independiente FC from getting behind. Zeledon Mede came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Kyoge's Damaso Lucero. But to his dismay, Damaso Lucero quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Zeledon Mede didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Raul Argoitz went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Mauro Selatse kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. In the 71st minute Raul Argoitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zeledon Mede saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 72 minutes into the match, Independiente FC's goal looked a bit too open when Raul Argoitz came free, but Zeledon Mede reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Teodosio Cerilo struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Zeledon Mede didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kyoge. 78 minutes into the match, Kyoge's Raul Argoitz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zeledon Mede narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 79 minutes into the match, Kyoge's goalkeeper Anier Florian had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alonzo Perrando. When Kyoge's Raul Argoitz in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Independiente FC's goalie prevented a goal. Anier Florian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauro Selatse in the 85th minute of the match. Zeledon Mede made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raul Argoitz in the 86th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raul Argoitz in the 88th minute of play forced Independiente FC's goalkeeper Zeledon Mede to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teodosio Cerilo might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zeledon Mede. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Teodosio Cerilo ran back to his position shaking his head. Mauro Selatse received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Anier Florian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zeledon Mede showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raul Argoitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Kyoge had played much better football throughout.
