Victorio Polo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angel Manilan, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Victorio Polo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angel Manilan in the 11th minute of the match. When Hernan Stephen fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La Banda FC's protests and gave Hernan Stephen a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of DoLaR BluE booed when La Banda FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hernan Stephen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Felix Tartalo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When DoLaR BluE's Felix Tartalo in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye La Banda FC's goalie prevented a goal. Felix Tartalo took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Victorio Polo. Victorio Polo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. La Banda FC's Victorio Polo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angel Manilan in the 22nd minute of play. When %teams%'s Hernan Stephen was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 1-1 just inside the left pole, 24 minutes into the game. Christan Vieri was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. Victoriano Heriberto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hernan Stephen in the 30th minute of play forced DoLaR BluE's goalkeeper Christan Vieri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Angel Manilan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 37 minutes into the game, Felix Tartalo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Victorio Polo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Felix Tartalo to make the kick off. If Felix Tartalo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 74 minutes into the match, La Banda FC's goal looked a bit too open when Felix Tartalo came free, but Victorio Polo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Christan Vieri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hernan Stephen in the 77th minute of play. In the 81st minute, Angel Manilan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Felix Tartalo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Victorio Polo. That made the score 1-3 in the 83 minute of play. In the 89th minute Felix Tartalo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victorio Polo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hernan Stephen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Christan Vieri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched DoLaR BluE eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
