Candelaria FC's Modesto Clemencin got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Modesto Clemencin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leonel Gudesteo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 17 minutes, Baldomiro Fanuco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cerrillos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Baldomiro Fanuco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 19th minute Leonel Gudesteo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Macerio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 22 minutes, Modesto Clemencin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Candelaria FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Modesto Clemencin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Candelaria FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Eleuterio Lia hit a great ball. 31 minutes into the match, Cerrillos's Raimundo Serapio broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Leonel Gudesteo struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Marco Macerio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cerrillos. Prudencio Pere kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Marcos Laurgain hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leonel Gudesteo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Modesto Clemencin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Honorio Tabby came out and tried to block the shot, but Modesto Clemencin slotted it home off the left post making it 0-1 in the 55th minute. After a rather tough play, Candelaria FC's Isidoro Olivar got a free kick in the 59th minute. Honorio Tabby stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Modesto Clemencin's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Leonel Gudesteo hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Modesto Clemencin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Baldomiro Fanuco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Marco Macerio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marco Macerio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonel Gudesteo, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute.
