Domingos Gaur made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Domingos Gaur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauricio Locaio in the 46th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cosme Ondino made a kick off. Domingos Gaur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paolo Nabar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 54 minutes into the match, Cajas AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Mauricio Locaio came free, but Domingos Gaur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 57 minutes into the game, Anastasio Pacorro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Villa Alem de Tucuman's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cajas AFC the free kick. In the 57th minute, Anastasio Pacorro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an all-out effort, Cajas AFC's Primitivo Celino threw himself towards the right post 59 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Cosme Ondino, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After having played for 82 minutes, Paolo Nabar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Villa Alem de Tucuman's supporters crossed their fingers, but Paolo Nabar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Paolo Nabar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Domingos Gaur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Domingos Gaur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauricio Locaio in the 85th minute of play. Paolo Nabar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paolo Nabar might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Domingos Gaur. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Paolo Nabar ran back to his position shaking his head. When the referee ended the match the Villa Alem de Tucuman players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
