The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Los Magnificos F.C.'s Ildefonso Ruy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lino Platon in the 3rd minute of play. 4 minutes into the match, Los Magnificos F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Lisandro Cebo came free, but Ildefonso Ruy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ildefonso Ruy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lino Platon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lino Platon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Los Magnificos F.C.'s goalkeeper Ildefonso Ruy, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ildefonso Ruy stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lino Platon's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. 25 minutes into the match, Los Magnificos F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Lino Platon came free, but Ildefonso Ruy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. F.C. RONA's Marcial Nofre proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save F.C. RONA from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Salvador Torres got free with Marcial Nofre in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lisandro Cebo in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ildefonso Ruy saved Los Magnificos F.C. from getting behind. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Los Magnificos F.C.'s goalkeeper Ildefonso Ruy, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ildefonso Ruy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lino Platon in the 42nd minute of the match. In the 44th minute, Lisandro Cebo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lino Platon stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Fabian Distiratsu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcial Nofre was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. 57 minutes into the game, Los Magnificos F.C.'s Fabian Distiratsu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. RONA booed when Los Magnificos F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adolfo Maidana didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lisandro Cebo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Ildefonso Ruy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lisandro Cebo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Los Magnificos F.C.'s zone, Lino Platon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ildefonso Ruy came out of the goal and Lino Platon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Joel Espiridion fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Los Magnificos F.C.'s protests and gave Joel Espiridion a yellow card for diving instead. Ildefonso Ruy made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Lisandro Cebo sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Los Magnificos F.C.'s Joel Espiridion got a free kick in the 90th minute. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Los Magnificos F.C. were victorious despite being under pressure from F.C. RONA for much of the match.
