Felipe Xacintu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Txaran having to interfere. 9 minutes into the game, Jairo Iigo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Romang's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave azules de oro the free kick. After 9 played minutes Romang got a freekick which was hit by Jairo Iigo. 14 minutes into the match, Romang's goal looked a bit too open when Felipe Xacintu came free, but David Txaran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 16 minutes, Lucas Llanos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Romang's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lucas Llanos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Flavio Gonsalve made an important save on a dangerous shot by Filiberto Leobardo in the 17th minute. Lucas Llanos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flavio Gonsalve having to interfere. Baldomero Maureo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. David Txaran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, azules de oro's Basilio Gizon got a free kick in the 26th minute. Lucas Llanos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. David Txaran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baldomero Maureo in the 39th minute of the match. Baldomero Maureo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Txaran having to interfere. Hipolito Emesto kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. In the 59th match minute, Romang was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armando Olayo to maneuver through the defense. When Aldo Tabby fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored azules de oro's protests and gave Aldo Tabby a yellow card for diving instead. After 67 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for azules de oro! Jairo Iigo walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Romang's Filiberto Leobardo got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Flavio Gonsalve took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucas Llanos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Baldomero Maureo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but David Txaran made a huge save. The supporters of Romang booed when azules de oro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geronimo Abeijon didn't get a good kick on the ball. 88 minutes into the match, azules de oro's Aldo Tabby sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that David Txaran narrowly saved just below the crossbar. David Txaran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Xacintu in the 91st minute of play. If Armando Olayo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Llanos in the 98th minute of play forced azules de oro's goalkeeper Flavio Gonsalve to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Romang's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jairo Iigo in the 100th minute. The azules de oro players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Romang from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
