After 17 minutes of play, Franklin AFC's Carolo Liher made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Conrado Merexildo was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Carolo Liher's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Conrado Merexildo was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. 61 minutes into the match, DUKA fc's goal looked a bit too open when Carolo Liher came free, but Conrado Merexildo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Carolo Liher had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95th minute of the match Clemente Dominic shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Samuel Esiquio showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Franklin AFC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
