Spectators: 7084 (Terracing: 5422, Seating: 1662, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Celso Calvino got the match started through his kick off. Cuesta's Leo Frans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurelio Vergaray in the 13th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Celso Calvino in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leo Frans saved Cuesta from getting behind. Aurelio Vergaray received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Leo Frans tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Celso Calvino put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Leo Frans. A collision led to Macapillo FC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Faustino Laurin hit a great ball. Edgardo Elodio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cesar Egoi, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Mario Walme's late challenge caught a Macapillo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aurelio Vergaray took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leo Frans. Leo Frans dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Gabriel Frichoso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgardo Elodio having to interfere. In the 44th minute, Aurelio Vergaray made a precise shot to the right of Leo Frans. Cuesta's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. The Cuesta players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Macapillo FC were winning 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cesar Egoi made a kick off. Leo Frans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Faustino Laurin in the 51st minute of the match. Hermengildo Atarrabi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Leo Frans tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Robustiano Pepillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 64th minute, Celso Calvino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 70th minute Celso Calvino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leo Frans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Cuesta's Leo Frans got control of the ball when Aurelio Vergaray tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cuesta's goalkeeper Leo Frans, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 81st minute, Cuesta's Rafael Elorri seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Rafael Elorri the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Cuesta protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Rafael Elorri had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 81 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Cuesta! In the 83rd minute there was a penalty for Macapillo FC. Bruno Sedeni stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Leo Frans. 0-5. Aurelio Vergaray struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Leo Frans didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Macapillo FC.
