Cecilio Euloxu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cipriano Cidro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. In the 15th match minute, Agus Plate was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Feliberto Haimar to maneuver through the defense. If Jeronimo Cedro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Iker Tauro came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Agus Plate fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Iker Tauro couldn't finish the play. 24 minutes into the match, Teo Martino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ciriaco Criston. Les Avengeres's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Teo Martino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 27th minute, Francisco Resto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ciriaco Criston was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. In the 29th match minute, Agus Plate was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armando Bautista to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 35 minutes, Cecilio Euloxu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Les Avengeres's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cecilio Euloxu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Agus Plate's zone, Jeronimo Cedro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cipriano Cidro came out of the goal and Jeronimo Cedro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 39 minutes into the match, Agus Plate's goalkeeper Cipriano Cidro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jeronimo Cedro. If Jeronimo Cedro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jeronimo Cedro received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Cipriano Cidro came out and tried to block the shot, but Jeronimo Cedro slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 43rd minute. When Jeronimo Cedro came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Les Avengeres fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jeronimo Cedro couldn't finish the play. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cecilio Euloxu to strike the kick off in the second half. Cecilio Euloxu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jeronimo Cedro's late challenge caught a Agus Plate's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jeronimo Cedro helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Les Avengeres's Jeronimo Cedro got a free kick in the 73rd minute. 76 minutes into the match, Les Avengeres's goal looked a bit too open when Teo Martino came free, but Ciriaco Criston reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cipriano Cidro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cecilio Euloxu in the 82nd minute of the match. In the 85th minute Jonatan Montrel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cipriano Cidro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Agus Plate defense, Jeronimo Cedro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cipriano Cidro. The Agus Plate fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cipriano Cidro should have stopped the shot. Ciriaco Criston made an important save on a dangerous shot by Teo Martino in the 91st minute. Cipriano Cidro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cecilio Euloxu in the 97th minute of the match.
