The tension between the DE LEON FC and the BocaJrs players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, DE LEON FC's David Ascencio got a free kick in the 5th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by German Terciero during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiburcio Bermudo in the 10th minute of play forced BocaJrs's goalkeeper Justo Cayo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15th minute Fabio Rojelio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauricio Berdoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Basilio Karlo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Martin Tano hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Basilio Karlo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 24thth minute tested the skills of Justo Cayo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Tiburcio Gar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Justo Cayo having to interfere. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tiburcio Bermudo was the one to do the kick off. BocaJrs's Justo Cayo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basilio Karlo in the 53rd minute of play. When Basilio Karlo came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the DE LEON FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Basilio Karlo couldn't finish the play. Tiburcio Bermudo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Justo Cayo having to make a save. In the 66th minute, Basilio Karlo made a precise shot to the right of Justo Cayo. BocaJrs's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. 74 minutes into the match, BocaJrs's goal looked a bit too open when Tiburcio Bermudo came free, but Justo Cayo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 80th minute, Basilio Karlo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 82 minutes into the match, Maximo Geleberto notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of DE LEON FC's Mauricio Berdoi. Mauricio Berdoi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Maximo Geleberto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mauricio Berdoi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
