If Ramon Matxin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 17 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Cronicos FC's Christian Gaur fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. After 24 minutes of play, Cronicos FC's Christian Gaur made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ambrosio Dominix was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Orlando Tristan in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ambrosio Dominix prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, ROMAN-TICOS's Isidro Jerrald got a free kick in the 31st minute. Ambrosio Dominix came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Cronicos FC's Christian Gaur. But to his dismay, Christian Gaur quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Cronicos FC's Orlando Tristan got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, ROMAN-TICOS's Gogo Endira got a free kick in the 40th minute. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cesar Solustiano made a kick off. ROMAN-TICOS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Christian Gaur was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Orlando Tristan got free with Ambrosio Dominix in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In a very dangerous position, a player in ROMAN-TICOS fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 64th minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Ambrosio Dominix, was totally fooled by Cronicos FC's Ramon Matxin, who 66 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 71st minute Erubiel Soter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonatan Acevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in ROMAN-TICOS's zone, Anibal Oier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ambrosio Dominix came out of the goal and Anibal Oier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
