Feliciano Galo succeeded in the game's 12th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. Rafael Jago struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Clemente Eder didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los diablos rojos. An unexpectedly hard shot by Federico Bide in the 46th minute of play forced Los diablos rojos's goalkeeper Fabricio Lorenz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Samuel Fagildo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Federico Bide made the kick off in the second half. The Florida fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Clemente Eder should have stopped the shot. Fabricio Lorenz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Federico Bide in the 90th minute of play. Miguel Harri kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Benedicto Marz kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. Clemente Eder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teofilo Pacifico in the 100th minute of play. Los diablos rojos's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
