Spectators: 6657 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1657, VIP seats: 0) Azucena's Elvio Perez started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Roberto Balendins short, quick shot in the 3rdth minute got Narciso Teyo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Azucena's Octavio Aureo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvano Abel in the 6th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leon Medardo in the 15th minute of play forced Azucena's goalkeeper Octavio Aureo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roberto Balendin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Narciso Teyo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. After having played for 23 minutes, Roberto Balendin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Azucena's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roberto Balendin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eustacio Lehior charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eustacio Lehior the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 26th minute, one of Azucena:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Azucena. Octavio Aureo had in the 28thth minute some difficulties stopping Ildefonso Procopio's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 28 minutes into the game, Ildefonso Procopio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Octavio Aureo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Rivadavia de Junin's zone, Bartolo Maraman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Narciso Teyo came out of the goal and Bartolo Maraman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 43 minutes into the game, Elvio Perez recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Narciso Teyo. Elvio Perez showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. If Leon Medardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Leon Medardo made the kick off in the second half. Leon Medardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Octavio Aureo having to interfere. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rivadavia de Junin's goalkeeper Narciso Teyo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Domingo Jurgi kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. 83 minutes into the match, Azucena's Eustacio Lehior broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Elvio Perez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Narciso Teyo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
