Estudiantes's Rafael Fiz knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. Ramon Torres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Peio in the 14th minute of the match. Juan Fagildo struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Rafael Fiz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cuchame Posho. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Peio in the 25th minute of play forced Cuchame Posho's goalkeeper Ramon Torres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Augusto Uhin couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in A.A. Estudiantes's zone, Niceto Diegotxe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rafael Fiz came out of the goal and Niceto Diegotxe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 47 minutes into the game, Niceto Diegotxe cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Rafael Fiz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Juan Fagildo made a kick off. Rafael Fiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Fagildo in the 53rd minute of the match. Rafael Fiz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Augusto Uhin, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Gonzalo Reno recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Augusto Uhin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Rafael Fiz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adrian Ledesma took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 79th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rafael Fiz. A.A. Estudiantes's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 82nd minute, Lucas Peio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ramon Torres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gonzalo Reno, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Lucas Peio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramon Torres having to interfere. Ramon Torres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gonzalo Reno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Augusto Uhin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Juan Fagildo came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Cuchame Posho fans jumped to their feet. Cuchame Posho's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
