Spectators: 7203 (Terracing: 5404, Seating: 1656, VIP seats: 143) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Osvaldo Sugar got the match started through his kick off. If Vicente Ostadar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind La Invencible's goalkeeper Eriberto Kelemen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 10 minutes into the game, Vicente Ostadar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Eriberto Kelemen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 13 minutes into the match, La Invencible's goal looked a bit too open when Vicente Ostadar came free, but Eriberto Kelemen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Jose Milio came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Yahapé AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jose Milio couldn't finish the play. Vicente Ostadar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Osvaldo Sugar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emanuel Pio having to interfere. After having played for 25 minutes, Cristo Petri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Invencible's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristo Petri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 31 played minutes La Invencible got a freekick which was hit by Andres Peyo. In the 38th minute, Jose Milio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ismael Urdin kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Osvaldo Sugar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emanuel Pio having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Osvaldo Sugar managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Invencible's supporters rose to their feet, but Osvaldo Sugar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emanuel Pio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Andres Peyo struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Emanuel Pio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La Invencible. After the first half Yahapé AFC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vicente Ostadar to make the kick off. Vicente Ostadar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Eriberto Kelemen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emanuel Pio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osvaldo Sugar in the 55th minute of play. Vicente Ostadar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eriberto Kelemen having to interfere. Osvaldo Sugar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 69 minutes, Andres Peyo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Invencible's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andres Peyo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristo Petri in the 76th minute of play forced Yahapé AFC's goalkeeper Emanuel Pio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eriberto Kelemen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vicente Ostadar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. La Invencible's Eriberto Kelemen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save La Invencible from getting a goal against them. If Vicente Ostadar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rolando Raymon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Yahapé AFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
