In the 6th minute Marcial Paublo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfonso Llorienzo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 12 played minutes EstaciónMazán got a freekick which was hit by David Raebert. The supporters of Oasis booed when EstaciónMazán was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filomeno Piarres didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 18 minutes of play, Oasis's Baldomiro Evangelista made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alfonso Llorienzo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alfonso Llorienzo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcial Paublo in the 23rd minute of the match. With his leg Celestino Haimar managed to avoid a goal in the 35thth minute, when EstaciónMazán's Abelardo Pes fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Celestino Haimar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Abelardo Pes went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, EstaciónMazán's David Raebert got a free kick in the 47th minute. Alfonso Llorienzo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcial Paublo in the 48th minute of the match.

Alfonso Llorienzo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baldomiro Evangelista in the 59th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in EstaciónMazán's zone, Marcial Paublo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alfonso Llorienzo came out of the goal and Marcial Paublo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 62nd minute Baldomiro Evangelista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfonso Llorienzo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. EstaciónMazán's Alfonso Llorienzo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baldomiro Evangelista in the 66th minute of play. If Marcial Paublo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Baldomiro Evangelista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Celestino Haimar came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by EstaciónMazán's Abelardo Pes. But to his dismay, Abelardo Pes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. If Marcos Quintin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abelardo Pes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 90 minutes into the match, Abelardo Pes notched a goal, 4-2, to the right of Oasis's Celestino Haimar. Celestino Haimar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. EstaciónMazán's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
