The crowd rose to their feet as EstaciónMazán's Marcos Quintin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rui Aparecido. That made the score 1-0 after 22 minutes of play. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcos Quintin to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee ignored EstaciónMazán's protests and gave Filomeno Piarres a yellow card for diving instead.
