The audience was convinced that Patricio Calvet's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rolando Innocenzio was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. Americo Eneas stood somewhat misplaced when Ciro Terciero came free in front of goal and shot 2-0 to the left of him in the 16 minute. Patricio Calvet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Rolando Innocenzio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 25 minutes into the match, LuliCarp's goal looked a bit too open when Alejo Calvet came free, but Americo Eneas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hipolito Seguinus during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 27th minute, Hipolito Seguinus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Ciro Terciero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. After a defensive mix-up in LuliCarp's zone, Alejo Calvet stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Americo Eneas came out of the goal and Alejo Calvet tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rolando Innocenzio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patricio Calvet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alejo Calvet made a kick off. In the 52nd minute Ciro Terciero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Americo Eneas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Caminito Juniors's Nunez Araoz got a free kick in the 54th minute. The supporters of LuliCarp booed when Caminito Juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ciro Terciero didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 61st minute, Ciro Terciero fired away an extremely well hit free kick, but unfortunately the ball went just outside to the right hand side of Americo Eneas. After 63 played minutes LuliCarp got a freekick which was hit by Dario Bide. After 64 played minutes Zeledon Iturri shot from long distance. At first the shot seemed to be simple for LuliCarp's Americo Eneas to catch but Zeledon Iturri was lucky. It became 3-0 after the goalkeeper had been careless and dropped the ball into goal. 66 minutes into the match, LuliCarp's goal looked a bit too open when Ciro Terciero came free, but Americo Eneas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 73 played minutes LuliCarp got a freekick which was hit by Basilio Lucila. Silvio Seme kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. After 81 minutes LuliCarp's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Zeledon Iturri who took care of the corner kick. When Alejo Calvet, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 81 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Americo Eneas was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Donato Hernandez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caminito Juniors's supporters rose to their feet, but Donato Hernandez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Americo Eneas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, LuliCarp's Basilio Lucila got a free kick in the 88th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alejo Calvet in the 93rd minute of play forced LuliCarp's goalkeeper Americo Eneas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rolando Innocenzio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Efrain Medina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The long shot by Dario Bide in the 97th minute really tested Rolando Innocenzio's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Caminito Juniors fans cheered their team off the field, for while LuliCarp had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
