Chabás's Serafino Atarrabi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Chabás from getting a goal against them. Beazley's Hernan Gabino was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 35th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Wilfredo Musko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Serafino Atarrabi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hernan Gabino in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Serafino Atarrabi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ambrosio Pudes was the one to do the kick off.
