Prospero Rubio's late challenge caught a El Gallinero's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Prospero Rubio helped the player get up and apologised. Prospero Rubio hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Dalmacio Olivar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Genaro Monte in the 11th minute of play. Alexandre Schoenmakers came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by El Gallinero's Candido Madeo. But to his dismay, Candido Madeo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Dalmacio Olivar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amadeo Aresti in the 21st minute of play. Bruno Xabel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dalmacio Olivar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danilo Che in the 26th minute of play. When Candido Madeo came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the El Gallinero fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Candido Madeo couldn't finish the play. Candido Madeo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Alexandre Schoenmakers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 37th minute Bruno Xabel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dalmacio Olivar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrique Irrintzi in the 39th minute of play forced Jarillas FC's goalkeeper Alexandre Schoenmakers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dalmacio Olivar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danilo Che in the 41st minute of play. Dalmacio Olivar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amadeo Aresti in the 44th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bruno Xabel to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 61st match minute, El Gallinero was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eloy Vitin to maneuver through the defense. Dalmacio Olivar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Xabel in the 64th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Jarillas FC's Prospero Rubio got a free kick in the 68th minute. In the 71st minute Enrique Irrintzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexandre Schoenmakers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Delmar Ioritz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 84 minutes, Aurelio Petri mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jarillas FC and the El Gallinero players grew even worse after the yellow card. Alexandre Schoenmakers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Candido Madeo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Candido Madeo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Jarillas FC booed when El Gallinero was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Poncio didn't get a good kick on the ball. El Gallinero were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
