Pascual Lehior fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruperto Felipillo having to interfere. After 6 played minutes Mariño AFC got a freekick which was hit by Oscar Lucado. In the 14th minute, Pascual Lehior reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ruperto Felipillo. The goal made the score 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Inocencio Bernaldo in the 17th minute of play forced Drink Team FC's goalkeeper Lucio Liher to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Drink Team FC's goal looked a bit too open when Inocencio Bernaldo came free, but Lucio Liher reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lucio Liher came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Mariño AFC's Inocencio Bernaldo. But to his dismay, Inocencio Bernaldo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Lucio Liher showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filomeno Isias in the 27th minute of the match. Amadeo Roderigo lost his temper 28 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 27 minutes into the game, one of Drink Team FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Drink Team FC:s Lucio Liher showed great skill when he stopped Amador Behe:s penalty. In the 30th minute, Amador Behe left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mariño AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. After a rather tough play, Mariño AFC's Aquilino Jeraldo got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Gualterio Aimar kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Ruperto Felipillo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luisito Paio went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luisito Paio in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ruperto Felipillo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When Florencio Avellaneda fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mariño AFC's protests and gave Florencio Avellaneda a yellow card for diving instead. After 56 played minutes Mariño AFC got a freekick which was hit by Florencio Avellaneda. In the 59th minute of the match, Inocencio Bernaldo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Lucio Liher was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 61st minute of the game. One of Drink Team FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Mariño AFC:s goal. Lucio Liher was out of position in the 65 minute of play, and Santiago Cordeiro capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Santiago Cordeiro really showed his touch with that goal: 2-3. The Drink Team FC fans' excitement grew in the 68th match minute when Drink Team FC's Luisito Paio looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 72nd minute, Santiago Cordeiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mariño AFC's Ruperto Felipillo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luisito Paio in the 73rd minute of play. Lucio Liher showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filomeno Isias, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. In the 76th minute, Luisito Paio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Drink Team FC's Luisito Paio in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mariño AFC's goalie prevented a goal. 81 minutes into the match, Samuel Ikatz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ruperto Felipillo. Mariño AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Samuel Ikatz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-3. Ruperto Felipillo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luisito Paio's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. Filomeno Isias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Leopoldo Corderall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucio Liher having to interfere. 90 minutes into the match, Drink Team FC's goal looked a bit too open when Filomeno Isias came free, but Lucio Liher reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Drink Team FC's Luisito Paio got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Gaudencio Giro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luisito Paio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Ruperto Felipillo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Drink Team FC's Samuel Ikatz got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee ended the match the Drink Team FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
