In the 18th minute, Modesto Orti got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 25 minutes into the game, Astor Rico was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ezpeleta FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Deportivo Verón the free kick. Astor Rico kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Jonas Chaime made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evelio Beat in the 32nd minute of play. Deportivo Verón's Juan Argina played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Modesto Orti in the 94th minute of play. In the 96th minute, David Delfino made a precise shot to the right of Jonas Chaime. Ezpeleta FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. Ezpeleta FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
