Moises Abeitia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodrigo Gilesindo in the 20th minute of the match. When Pablo Austin came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Eam fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pablo Austin couldn't finish the play. 30 minutes into the match, Eam's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Acevedo came free, but Moises Abeitia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rodrigo Gilesindo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moises Abeitia having to interfere. Rodrigo Gilesindo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Moises Abeitia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Fabio Pintos managed to avoid a goal in the 36thth minute, when Eam's Pablo Austin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Moises Abeitia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victor Acevedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Fabio Pintos was out of position in the 39 minute of play, and Modesto Rosio capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Modesto Rosio really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. Rodrigo Gilesindo scored 2-2 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Moises Abeitia, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Pablo Austin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fabio Pintos having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Modesto Rosio in the 63rd minute of play forced Bayauca FC's goalkeeper Fabio Pintos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Eam booed when Bayauca FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oscar Quilo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pablo Austin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabio Pintos having to interfere. A collision led to Bayauca FC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Sergio Maria hit a great ball. Bayauca FC's Fabio Pintos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pablo Austin in the 72nd minute of play. Igor Itzaina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 76th minute Igor Itzaina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabio Pintos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 79 minutes, Oscar Quilo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bayauca FC and the Eam players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 86 minutes, Pablo Austin made it 3-2 with a short kick to the right side. Bayauca FC's Fabio Pintos tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arnulfo Ferman during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Eam's Arnulfo Ferman got a free kick in the 90th minute. Bayauca FC's Oscar Quilo shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 91st minute of play.
