Through an outstanding action, after 4 minutes, Wiliam dos Santos successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Urbano Quirze kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. SAN JOSE FC's Wiliam dos Santos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristobal Bladi in the 12th minute of play. Martin Aritza stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ermegildo Rumaldo's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. Urbano Quirze hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Vito Trigo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Aritza having to interfere. Martin Aritza stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ermegildo Rumaldo's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. In the 22nd minute, Vito Trigo made a precise shot to the right of Martin Aritza. El Rejunte F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 25 minutes into the match, SAN JOSE FC's goalkeeper Wiliam dos Santos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Roman Peruanton. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ermegildo Rumaldo in the 31st minute of play forced El Rejunte F.C's goalkeeper Martin Aritza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roman Peruanton kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Eriberto Cresitobalo hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Ermegildo Rumaldo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Aritza having to interfere. In the 35th minute, Angelo Bihar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ermegildo Rumaldo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the match had gone on for 44 minutes, Roman Peruanton took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Wiliam dos Santos to make any attempt to save it. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cristobal Bladi was the one to do the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wasyl Smolarek during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 54th match minute, SAN JOSE FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wasyl Smolarek to maneuver through the defense. But to his dismay, Dario Poz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. In the 70th minute Dario Poz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wiliam dos Santos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, SAN JOSE FC's Wasyl Smolarek got a free kick in the 70th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabio Nardo in the 73rd minute of play forced SAN JOSE FC's goalkeeper Wiliam dos Santos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 75 minutes of play, El Rejunte F.C's Fabio Nardo made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wiliam dos Santos was left in no man's land by his defense there! SAN JOSE FC's Wiliam dos Santos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dario Poz in the 81st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristobal Bladi in the 84th minute of play forced SAN JOSE FC's goalkeeper Wiliam dos Santos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In a very dangerous position, a player in El Rejunte F.C fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 86th minute. Penalty! Wasyl Smolarek shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Vito Trigo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Aritza having to interfere. Wiliam dos Santos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristobal Bladi, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The El Rejunte F.C fans cheered their team off the field, for while SAN JOSE FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
