Tobias Jaunzuria struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Tiburcio Azubeli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Naranja Mecanica F.C.. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tobias Jaunzuria got free with Tiburcio Azubeli in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Bompland booed when Naranja Mecanica F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isidro Cesaro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tiburcio Azubeli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Henrico, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Lino Chucho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Honorato Oidor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th match minute, Naranja Mecanica F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isidro Cesaro to maneuver through the defense. Miguel Egun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Lino Chucho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 32 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Tobias Jaunzuria sped through Bompland's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tiburcio Azubeli. Cristian Henrico might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tiburcio Azubeli. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristian Henrico ran back to his position shaking his head. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Miguel Egun to make the kick off. Gregorio Elixio kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Miguel Egun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lino Chucho having to interfere. Naranja Mecanica F.C.'s Lino Chucho proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Naranja Mecanica F.C. from getting a goal against them. Basilio Artaldo hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Cristian Henrico took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tiburcio Azubeli. Tiburcio Azubeli dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. The supporters of Naranja Mecanica F.C. booed when Bompland was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucio Liberto didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 78th minute, Naranja Mecanica F.C.'s goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Miguel Egun fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Bompland's Tiburcio Azubeli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Henrico in the 84th minute of play. In the 87th minute Miguel Egun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lino Chucho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 98th minute, Delmiro Basualdo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
