Pedro Noe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgardo Emmanuel having to interfere. Edgardo Emmanuel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Noe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edgardo Emmanuel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Noe in the 23rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santo Chaime in the 23rd minute of play forced NIUPI F.C.'s goalkeeper Edgardo Emmanuel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 25th minute Menucos were awarded a corner. Ermegildo Loren went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Ermegildo Loren almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but NIUPI F.C.'s Edgardo Emmanuel did a great save. After 26 played minutes NIUPI F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Romulo Stanislao. Pedro Noe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Pedro Noe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Menucos's supporters rose to their feet, but Pedro Noe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edgardo Emmanuel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 33 minutes, Santo Chaime managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Menucos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Santo Chaime was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Menucos's zone, Lino Sidoro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carolo Janpier came out of the goal and Lino Sidoro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 40 minutes into the match, NIUPI F.C.'s Lino Sidoro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Carolo Janpier narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 42nd match minute, NIUPI F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julio Hats to maneuver through the defense. In the 44th minute, NIUPI F.C.'s Filomeno Inautzi ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Carolo Janpier. Carolo Janpier yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Filomeno Inautzi to make the kick off. Santo Chaime received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Edgardo Emmanuel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pedro Noe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgardo Emmanuel having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Romulo Stanislao during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to NIUPI F.C. getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Romulo Stanislao hit a great ball. Pedro Noe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edgardo Emmanuel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Santo Chaime in the 76th minute. Lino Sidoro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Menucos's Carolo Janpier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filomeno Inautzi in the 81st minute of play. In the 84th minute, Dante Quintyn hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Dante Quintyn came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Menucos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dante Quintyn couldn't finish the play.
