When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mauro Gonsalvo made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ovidio Quinto got free with Ambrosio Vimaro in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mauro Gonsalvo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabio Gartzen having to interfere. A collision led to Juventus FC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Ovidio Quinto hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hipolito Gonzales in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ambrosio Vimaro saved Mercedes from getting behind. In the 75th minute, Mercedes's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Hipolito Gonzales fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Leo Emesto scored 0-2 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ambrosio Vimaro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ovidio Quinto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 84 minutes into the game, Juventus FC's Ovidio Quinto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Juventus FC played a much better game than Mercedes and deserved their victory. The Mercedes players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
